At Classys.shop, we want you to feel as confident in your gown as we do. However, we understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a dress might not be the perfect fit. That’s why we’ve crafted a Refund & Returns policy that’s as seamless and stress-free as our gowns are elegant.

Our Returns Process

  1. Return Window: We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  2. Initiating a Return: To start a return, simply contact our customer service team at service@classys.shop or give us a call at 1(539)2465423. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the return package.
  3. Shipping Returns: Once you’ve received your RMA number, please ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured method. Returns must be shipped to:CLASSYS ATTIRER LLC

Refunds

  1. Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  2. Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, though we often process refunds sooner.
  3. Restocking Fee: To help cover the cost of processing returns, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your gown for a different size or style, please follow the same process as outlined above for returns. Once we receive your original item, we’ll process your exchange and ship out the new item as quickly as possible. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale items: All sale items are final sale.
  • Custom Orders: Any gowns that have been customized or altered to your specifications cannot be returned.
